Grape: a blend of Kangun 95% and Rikatsiteli 5%

Climate: Continental climate. Vineyards are situated at an altitude of 1.000 meters above sea level.

Viticultural facts: Average of 7 tons / hectare of grapes production.

Winemaking: Hand harvested. Grapes are destemmed and crushed. Strict sorting on a selection table at the grapes reception. Soft pneumatic pressing with inert gas. 12 hours cold settling. Three weeks alcoholic fermentation with temperature between 14˚C to 16˚C in stainless steel tank.

Tasting notes: Subtle aroma of quince and yellow fruits, clearly expresses some notes of acacia flowers.

Examples of side dishes: Ideal for seafood and chicken.

Ideal temperature: Serve at 8°C
