Climate: Continental climate. Vineyards are situated at an altitude of 1.000 meters above sea level.
Viticultural facts: Average of 7 tons / hectare of grapes production.
Winemaking: Hand harvested. Grapes are destemmed and crushed. Soft pneumatic pressing with inert gas. 12 hours cold settling. Three weeks alcoholic fermentation with temperature between 14˚C to 16˚C in stainless steel tank.
Tasting notes: Subtle aroma of quince and yellow fruits, clearly expresses some notes of acacia flowers.
Food pairing: Ideal for seafood and chicken, but also as wine for all meal.
Serving temperature: Serve at 8°C
