Grape: a blend of Areni 85% and Hakhtanak 15%
Harvest date: End - September, beginning October.
Climate: Continental climate. Vineyards are situated at an altitude of 1.000 - 1.500 meters above sea level.
Viticultural facts: Average of 8 tons / hectare of grapes production.
Winemaking: Hand harvested. Grapes are destemmed and crushed. About two weeks alcoholic fermentation and maceration with temperature between 26 to 28 C in stainless steel tank. The fermentation is stopped, when the natural sugar of the fruit has not yet dissolved, for a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness.
Tasting notes: This wine opens with intense aromas of red berries and plum, the mouth is round and well-balanced, accompanied with a nice sweetness.
Food pairing: ideal for meats, chicken and cheese, but also as wine for all meal.
Serving temperature: Serve at 18°C
